Sourdough focaccia with various toppings...

One of my dinners lately...some fun with sourdough focaccia.

The watercress just didn't work out as nicely as I had hoped. The olive/feta/onion combination was, of course, delicious.

This is the second focaccia bread I've seen for the morning. I guess I know what I will soon be making :)

He he...they are popular. This one was an experiment, but it turned out pretty tasty.
