How could you not love this Pizza??

Thanks once again to Heidi Swanson of fame for her great stash of recipes. She shared with us all a wonderful pizza dough recipe by bread guru Peter Reinhart that I plan to use from now until the end of time. Look at those results-how could it not be good?

Actually last night I used the "recipe to rival Pinkberry's" from Heidi's website, and made it with half agave nectar and 1/4 cup of peanut butter. It was so delicious and it was so awesome to see it churning into frozen creamy wonderfulness! And we didnt even eat it all, which shows our restraint. Although now its frozen pretty rock solid, so some thawing will be in order lol.
